a) Unless an alternative arrangement is agreed upon, the Company’s payment terms mandate settling the payment before the Goods are delivered and promptly upon receipt of a tax invoice for the Goods by the Customer. The payment options offered by the Company can be found below. Additionally, customers have the flexibility to choose from various payment options, including International Wire transfer, the details of which will be specified in the invoice.
b) All payments must be made without any deductions, withholding, or set-off, unless there is a prior written agreement with the Company.
c) Failure by the Customer to adhere to the payment terms outlined in the Trading Terms may lead to the Company, at its sole discretion, demanding the Customer to pay a default charge as liquidated damages for breach of contract. This charge, related to the outstanding amount, will be calculated at an interest rate of 2% per month on a daily basis from the due date until the full payment is received.
d) In the event that the Customer does not make timely payments for the supplied Goods or services, the Company reserves the right, through notice to the Customer, to declare all amounts owed by the Customer to be immediately due and payable.
e) If the Customer delays any payment or if the Company receives credit references deemed unsatisfactory, the Company retains the right to switch the Customer to a Cash on Delivery (COD) account. Under a COD account, all Goods must be paid for before they are supplied. For customers in Canada or Australia, local payment methods are available for money transfers.
f) The Company holds no responsibility or liability for the removal of Goods, materials, or services from the Customer’s premises in cases of non-payment of outstanding amounts.
g) The Company retains the discretion to suspend or withdraw credit facilities at any time.
h) In cases where payment is specified to be made in cash, the amount owed becomes due and payable immediately.
